MediaPatron User Agreement
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MediaPatron's services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Content Usage Restrictions
2.1 Licensed Access
All content available through MediaPatron is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
2.2 Prohibited Distribution
You agree not to:

Share, distribute, sublicense, or transfer any content purchased or accessed through your subscription
Create derivative works based on MediaPatron content
Extract or download content except through features explicitly provided by the Service
Circumvent any technological measures implemented to restrict access to content

2.3 Copyright Compliance
MediaPatron respects intellectual property rights. Users must do the same and may not use the Service to infringe upon others' intellectual property rights.
3. User Conduct
3.1 Community Standards
You agree to interact respectfully with creators and other users. Prohibited behavior includes but is not limited to:

Harassment, hate speech, or intimidation
Spamming or flooding chat features
Impersonating others
Posting obscene, illegal, or offensive material

3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Termination and Suspension
4.1 Suspension or Termination by MediaPatron
MediaPatron reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for:

Violation of this Agreement
Abusive behavior toward creators or other users
Suspected fraudulent activity
Any other reason MediaPatron deems necessary to protect the Service or other users

4.2 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:

Your access to purchased content and subscription benefits will cease
No refunds will be provided for terminations resulting from violations of this Agreement

5. Payments and Refunds
5.1 Payment Terms
By purchasing content or subscriptions, you agree to pay all fees in full.
5.2 No Refund Policy
All sales are final. MediaPatron does not provide refunds for:

Purchased content
Subscription fees
Creator tips or donations
Unused subscription time

5.3 Exceptions
MediaPatron may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds in exceptional circumstances or where required by applicable law.
6. Changes to Agreement
MediaPatron reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of material changes, and your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
MediaPatron is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any content accessed through the Service.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
